From generation to generation our secret recipe has been handed down and is now considered a very special 'trade secret'. Our master cheesemakers strictly adhere to Grandmother Ivy's standards and methods with painstaking checks at every stage of maturity to ensure the perfect taste and texture.

No surprise then that to the Clothier family, Ivy's recipe is like the 'crown jewels'. The original is kept securely in our Grandmother's old safe which sits in the boardroom.

And the key to the safe is...well, that's in a very safe and VERY secret place!
