Mature by Nature

Somerset is ideal for natural dairy farming and our milk has always been produced to the finest standards. All our products are produced naturally, are suitable for vegetarians and are GM-free. Consequently, our dairy has been approved by the Soil Association allowing us to make organic Cheddar cheese. And now we do, in both mild and mature favours.
Our Mature by Nature Organic Farmhouse Cheddar is made specially for those who prefer organic foods. For Wyke Farms making a cheese that can be certifed ‘organic’ comes naturally. Virtually all our products are made by traditional methods which have varied little over the years. And, quite simply, that’s what makes our cheese so good.
